apparently this is what 25 looks like…this weekend i celebrated my birthday, and it was just the most lovely of all weekends. I received a really amazing new lens from my parents and this is me attempting to figure it out. It’s a lens to be used mainly for portraiture, so hopefully you’ll be seeing a lot more of that in the coming days, it’s a fixed focal length, which is taking a bit to get used to again (i learned how to photograph on fixed focal length so i’m returning to my roots). thank you to everyone who made my day (and weekend) so special, i felt overwhelmed with love, i received so many kind cards, notes, emails, texts and calls. It was so wonderful to hear from all of you, all over the world, i was imagining a little map of connecting lines, and it made the world feel a tiny bit smaller. all of my love, to all of you, may you have a beautiful and happy week.
