one of the things i love about traveling is getting to see friends who by chance happen to be in the same city at the same time as you. while in San Francisco i was able to meet up with my friend from Winnipeg over some fancy pants drinks. it was just lovely. the drinks were the most complicated concoctions i’ve ever seen, and the entire place had the best feel to it, i especially liked the numbers carved into the bar. next time you find yourself on haight street i recommend stopping by alembic
